Article 4 Returns and Refunds for online purchases

We offer a 14-day return policy for items in the same condition as shipped. Toys and books are excluded from exchange. 

We understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right. Our return process is straightforward but we kindly ask you to consider the environmental impact by having a return process (shipping, re-packing etc) as well as the resources it uses to process it. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Should you wish to return an item, please do the following steps:

• contact us on hello@sokuni.com with mentioning your order number

• Pack the items you’d wish to return and mention the order number and your name on a sheet of paper. If you have an extra minute, let us know the reason for your return.

• Ship them on your expense to the following address:
